Introduction
Riding ATVs has been a lifelong hobby. As a kid, I dreamed of customizing these machines. In recent years, I’ve finally started doing that.
I began my working life as an automotive painter, then discovered graphic design and realized it was my true passion. Now I combine both skill sets to build one-of-a-kind restorations.
1986 Honda TRX 250R
The king of the racing circut for 25+ years, the 250R was always on my wishlist. Today these bikes are getting hard to find. It took me the better part of a year to find one for sale locally.
I stripped this bike down to it's barest form. Every single nut and bolt in every component was removed, cleaned and restored or replaced. It is a brand new machine - 40years later.
Once the machine was ready, I contacted a local powder-coat shop. Chatted with the owner and worked out a trade deal to clean up his logo in exchange for a steep discount.
After that it was time to get some graphics on there. I opted to go with a refreshed and personal take on the original graphics. This is where I landed.
