I developed and maintained the original versions of the software. Later when the workload became too heavy we hired a project manager and built a developement team. I was much more interested in design so I opted to remain in marketing as the sole designer. Fast forward a copule years and I was asked to step in and take over the UI/UX design, in addition to the marketing role.
The software is basically divided into two seperate login portals, a User Portal, and a Business Portal.
User Portal
The User Portal is a direct-to-consumer facing product. Where users can create a retirement account appropriate to their goals, transfer funds, manage and direct investments.
Users can be onboarded directly through the AET/Accuplan/IRAcentral marketing arms; or business customers can have their own branded User Portal to assist users directly.
Business Portal
The Business Portal is a branded customer/account management portal allowing the business to onboard users and team members, to manage, or allow for self managed accounts.
